We have had our machine for nearly two years and have been very impressed with the service provided. Dealing with equipment and machines you're going to have breakdowns and part failures from time to time, Westwood/ProArc USA has always been quick to respond to any issue that we've had. The quality and rigidity of the machine has exceeded our expectations. Everybody and their brother are manufacturing plasma tables. But, they are not created equal. Westwood/ProArc markets quality equipment at a reasonable cost. This is not their strong suit. Westwood/ProArc stands behind their products even after the warranty is long gone. This one attribute is why we always come back to this company. They service what they sell. I have never waited more than 24 hours to get a service tech on-site to remedy our problems or concerns. They answer the phone regardless of the time of day or night. Their ability to keep our company running and cutting parts far outweighs any cost savings realized at the point of sale. They have a great supply chain for parts. We have purchased two tables from Westwood and would not consider anyone else to supply this equipment.

I have had the pleasure of working with Westwood Metal Technologies starting about 5 years ago. They built us a 96" x 240" table and we bought a Thermal Dynamic plasma to go with it. What a great company to work with. While our company is in Houston, and there are many places to get the consumables locally, we still buy everything for the machine from them. The service is just that good! Looking back I probably would go with the Hypertherm product they also rep, But they have been extremely helpful anytime I have reached out with technical questions on the unit I bought.
As far as the table its been 5 years plus and not one problem. Says a lot about the quality of the table with the heat and humidity here in Houston. When we upgrade in the next few years they will definitely be the company we deal with. Great service from genuine people thru out the company but Rebecca and Dale are the bomb!!! Call me anytime should you ever need to know more.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Josh Butler and Westwood Metal Technologies ever since 2016 when I started working at PJ’s Truck Bodies. I was new to plasma cutting and the software used, but the incredible team at Westwood trained me from the ground up. They didn’t just make the equipment sale and move on. They made sure we could maximize the potential of our machines. Since then, we have probably purchased 5 or 6 plasma tables from them and about to purchase another. Like many manufacturers, we have had employees who manage to push machines past their breaking points, but Westwood’s Service Techs are top-notch and have always had us back up and running ASAP. They understand the cost of a down machine to manufacturers. You can look, but you won’t find another company who takes care of their customers like Westwood does. It has always been a pleasure to work with them.
