Hand Held Machines

Our hand-held milling and grinding machines are perfectly suited for efficient work in the most diverse areas of manual edge processing. The spectrum of applications ranges from deburring to the processing of defined visual and functional edges and the edge-rounding for subsequent coatings through to pre-processing of bevels and radii on plates and containers of straight edges, contour profiles, and boreholes for weld preparation.
The unique GERIMA booster and spring technology guarantees more performance in the field of hand-held milling machines and leads in total to more effectiveness and productivity and thus to a clear benefit for our customers.

Mid-Size Machines

These stationary beveling machines are optimally adapted to the requirements of processing edges of metal processing.
A wide range of machines provides you with the optimal processing methods (milling, grinding, shearing, and pre-turning) and economic solutions for the pre-processing of welding bevels or optical bevels on straight edges of very small to medium-sized, manually handled parts, pipes, sheets, and segments.

Large Machines

The FasRapid high-performance belt grinding machines are custom-made for the pre-processing of weld preparations on metal plates, straight edges, or pipe ends.
Because of its precision, speed, and finish quality, the FasRapid technology is the ideal partner for hand-held and robotic welding, especially on materials such as stainless steels and high-strength fine-grain steels.
Two different machining processes are used in the LGA and LGC series.
The LGA series works according to the so-called clamping-grinding stroke method. Here the workpiece is first clamped firmly, and the grinding unit then moves on the workpiece.
The pull-through process is used in the LGC series. Here the workpiece moves continuously on the stationary grinding unit.
